Fire investigators looking at a fire at block of flats in Woolwich

Fire investigators have begun work to determine the cause of a fire that broke out at a block of flats in North Woolwich on 27 June 2024, in which five people were taken to hospital.

Multiple crews were sent to tackle the flames at the residential building with the London Fire Brigade (LFB) later confirming that the majority of a three-roomed flat on the tenth floor had been damaged by fire.

It has never been more important than to make sure your fire risk assessment is up to date!
