Do you need assistance with your CPPs?

Any construction project is required by law to demonstrate meticulous planning and a commitment to safety management.

At the heart of this is often the construction phase plan (CPP).

Whilst every CPP is unique to each project the core information will include:

  • Project overview
  • Risk analysis
  • Safety protocols

All construction projects, no matter the size or duration, are legally required to have a construction phase plan.
And yes, that even means domestic!!

What is a Construction Phase Plan?

A construction phase plan is a key document that details the health and safety risks associated with the construction phase of the project. The plan also outlines control measures that will be implemented to minimise risk, or where possible, eliminate them. Once drawn up, the document should help communicate significant risks, site rules and health and safety arrangements to other people involved in the construction phase.
